We require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your tattoo appointment, deposit amounts are as follows:

  • 1-2 hr session = $200 deposit 

  • 2.25-4 hr sessions = $400 deposit

  • 4.25 + hr sessions = $600 deposit

  • Back to back sessions (2-3 days in a row) = $600 per day

Deposits are non-transferrable. They are only good for the artist you are booked with and for the tattoo you are requesting. If you change your tattoo ideas, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Once the deposit is paid, there is no option to get a refund as we will be booking your appointment.

  • The deposit will be applied toward the cost of the tattoo on the day of your appointment. If you have multiple appointments booked, the deposit is kept on file until your last appointment.

  • If you are getting tattooed by multiple artists, we will require a deposit per artist.

  • If you have not used your deposit towards your tattoo within 12 months, your deposit will be forfeited.

How to Pay Deposits:

  • We accept interac e-transfer if you have a Canadian bank account (preferred method) 

  • In-person or over the phone with Visa or Mastercard (including Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit) 

  • In person with cash or interac (debit). 

  • We do not take American Express.

Rescheduling / Cancelling Appointments:

  • If you wish to reschedule, we need no less than 72-hour notice to keep your deposit on file. Please call, rather than email, for any appointment changes.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled ONCE at no cost (if outside of 72 hour timeframe), should you need to reschedule this appointment again, you will forfeit your current deposit and a new deposit will be required.

  • If you are no longer looking to get tattooed, your tattoo appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. You will not receive a refund.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us right away. Once your appointment is cancelled,  please be advised that we require contact within seven days of your original tattoo appointment to reschedule.  Should you not contact us within seven days, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • If you need to reschedule a free touch-up appointment, we require 72 hours notice. If you do not give adequate notice or do not show up to your touch-up appointment and would like to reschedule, a deposit may be required to rebook your touch-up session.
